Text of Complaint by Cinderella Doris Massey:

I remitted EMI amount on 1st August 2022. But the application still showing to be paid. Inspite of several phone calls, email and requests, they are not resolving the issue. It is been 3 weeks, I have been requesting them. They have kept my card on hold. Putting the interest everyday. Calling and threatening to pay the amount with interest. My Cibil score is being effected due to no fault of mine. It seems they have open a forced extortion racket forcing the customer to pay twice for the same amount. I am a salaried class person and cant pay heavy interest without any of my fault. Please help me! I am enclosing the transaction details for the reference. Spoke to bank also. They are saying the money has been successfully transferred to payee account.
