I am using slice since one year, since September in my app, it’s showing me different name, my real. Name is not which is in app, I mailed them almost 10 times because I am afraid whether the app been hacked or what? You cannot change your name by own in their app, but I did not get a single reply I am. Not paying their dues now until my query resolved but they are least concerned and just need money, very poor and customer care, they just trapped customer by giving you attractive offer once you join after that slowly they will take back all offers and increase charges every month.
