A fraudulent transaction done on October 24 ,2022. Amount 7360.12 . It was an international transaction and happened without OTP/CVV verification. I filed a dispute at slice card . They informed me to file FIR . I raised a cyber crime FIR number 22410220009375. Slice agent informed me to wait for 40 days for the claim . But till now there is no resolution. They do not even call on the resolution from their side . Now they are calling and harassing me to pay the disputed amount. They did not do any investigation to process charge back on the amount. It is clear that the fraudster did a international transactions how that can be possible without CVV. It’s a fault at their system they are not acknowledging this and asking me to make the payment. Now they are threatening me to send credit report to CIBIL which is affecting my credit score . This is really a case of harassment as well.
