Text of Complaint by Vysakh:

I have been a Slice app user since 2021, maintaining a good credit score and timely payments. On the aforementioned date, I noticed a fraudulent transaction amounting to ₹103,088, which I did not authorize or initiate. I immediately attempted to contact Slice app customer support via their in-app chat but received no resolution.

This unauthorized transaction has caused immense distress, and I cannot take responsibility for repaying an amount that I did not borrow. Furthermore, I believe this incident highlights security lapses in the Slice app, putting users like me at risk.
