I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against an online shopping website, https://sleepberry.shop/, for delivering a completely incorrect product and for maintaining suspicious and misleading contact details.
The shipping company named Delhivery has picked and delivered the ordered. Hope they would be able to help us investigate this issue.
I had placed an order for four sets of nightdress worth ₹1596 from the above-mentioned website. However, instead of the ordered items, I received a ZARA tagged but US Army brand pant (size L), which has absolutely no relation to my order.
Further, upon attempting to contact the seller, I observed the following serious concerns:
The email communication received appears to be fake or non-responsive.
No valid contact number is provided on the website.
There is no proper customer support or grievance redressal mechanism available.
The website appears misleading and potentially fraudulent.
Due to the above issues, I am unable to initiate a return, exchange, or refund, causing me financial loss and mental harassment.
I request the Honorable Authority to kindly take necessary action against the said website and help me obtain a refund of ₹1596 along with appropriate action under consumer protection laws to prevent further fraud against other consumers.
