SUB: EXTREMELY BAD SOUND QUALITY.
This is to inform you that I have purchased Skullcandy ear phones on the 15th May 2023.
Order number- 3324033.
The ear buds were delivered yesterday 16th May.
This is to inform you that this is the first time I am purchasing skullcandy headphones and am extremely disappointed with the same.
Below are my complains.
1) Does not fit in the ear proper at all.
2) Extremely poor quality sound, there is zero base when listening to music.
3) For the price paid the quality is extremely bad, you’ll are deceiving customers by showing an MRP of 9999 and then giving hefty discounts on defective pieces.
4) There is a jarring sound if the music is played loud which is extremely unpleasant to listen to.
I had written to you within 24hrs of receiving the product just so that you know how bad it is.
But no response. Later i called and Deepak Kumar mentioned i could upgrade the product , but no refund is possible even tough i complained within 24hrs of receiving the product.
He gave me upgrade options costing 3000 and more even though i mentioned my budget was 1500.
Since i was on vacation i called back later on the 30th May for upgrade options.
Deepak Kumar answered the phone again after a hold time of 20mins.
From the start he was extremely rude. Told me to go check the upgrade options my self and he will not help me. When I asked for a supervisor he said he will not transfer to a supervisor.
I need action takin against him as well as a replacement of my defected product or a refund .
