Respected Sir/Mam
My name is Mohammed Arsath.
On August 5 i enrolled for a PG- Data Science and Data analytics course on skill lync.
I paid 7955₹ as registration fee is 1,75,000/- and i was informed about 22 months Emi of 7955 . After that i followed every procedure of eduvanz (loan partner of skill lync)
Till the end of December i was a part-time worker and my salary was 1.2 lakh per annum so thought of doing this course as i can manage 7955 emi.
But unfortunately i lost my job due to some medical reasons. so i was left with only one option i.e cancelling the course .
I have paid 5 months EMI without any delay. From January couldn’t able pay EMI due some medical and financial issues.
I tried to request Vinoth and Co-op team person Oviya (the person who attended me till the registration process ) but she denied by saying cancellation policy is not available etc …
Note : Terms and conditions of skill lync where the policy is like : All course purchases are NON- REFUNDABLE on any type of payments viz.,pre-book, installments or full payments.
When i did the all loan procedure from eduvanz i signed a e nach mandate.
Provided them adhar card, pan card and e nach mandate signature on there form and submitted online.
And disbursal process was done but the money didn’t came in my bank account.
I just had to pay emis..which was not possible as i lost the job ..
So i raised tickets on skill lync support system but it seems they are not willing to help.
And repeatedly saying cancellation is not possible ..
And from thereon eduvanz people are calling me frequently and asking to pay the EMI.
They are continuously calling me for EMI and harassing me to pay the EMI.
Now what to do..
Please need a help
P.s – I have no job right now and i cannot pay such a hefty amount.
Note :
My friend get this data science and data analytics course for only 1,45,000/- . But for me they offered 1,75,000/-. They have cheated me around 30,000/- . I need my money back and cancel this fraud loan. They are doing money laundering by lying that they are giving great education to the lower class people.
