Hi me Balraj singh on 27th jan 2022 I ordered a pair of shoes which I received on 31st jan 2022 order I’d is OD224015596877972000. After receiving package we saw that box is empty inside we haven’t received shoes of Skechers of amount ₹6999 . We requested a return for 5 time but they rejected and told me that this happened due to technical problem after that they told me your account has been blocked because our system has detected higher number of returns on same product as I have mentioned that I haven’t received my product then I complained in Flipkart and I mailed many time but i haven’t received any call or message from Flipkart . So I request you to solve my problem and initiate my refund as soon as possible and I also complained in National Consumer Helpline . Complaint number or docket number is 3331120. Please help me as soon as possible I am facing big problem Your truly Balraj singh
