I ordered a shoe rack from Shifto 1kg through an Facebook ad and the product i received is totally different from what i ordered and i have paid Rs.999 for the shoe rack.I demand a full refund and a strict action to be taken against the company.

Above website from where we show the ad and they are using ekart as delivery party which is causing trust issue in Flipkart.
