SIR, I BOUGHT MOTOR INSURANCE FROM POLICY BAZAAR OF THE NEW INDIA INSURRANCE . A TRUCK HIT MY CAR ON 8 OCT . I COMPLETED THE WHOLE PROCESS AS PRESCRIBED BY POLICY BAZAAR . BUT SINCE THEN TO TODAY THEY HAVE NOT STARTED ANY PROCESS NOR APPOINTED A SURVEYOR.
