Sir my amount debited from my bank account in 24 November this teenpati gold app but not received in the goods or sarvice…and when I am reporting my problem in the bank account they are saying your marchent received this amount please check the problem sir

Maine 24 November ko recharge Kiya tha es game may but mujhe koi recharge amount nhi aya 7 days Tak wait kro bola Kiya but Aaj 15 din ho gya nhi mila bank wale ne bataya ki ye amount marchent ko recived huwa he please help me with this transaction sir
