Text of Complaint by Roshni:

Than I got a call from number +91 90914 1285 regarding typing job and they we’re not asking money before work so I agreed them than they sent an agreement on mail and ask me to agree on it . Then they sent me the webpage link my ID and password . And ask me to complete the work in 7 days, I have completed it in 6 days and submitted it with 100% accuracy and now they are saying that your work is failed and now you have to bear the fees for it as stated in agreement .
Yesterday I have received a mail from some advocate(don’t know whether he is fake advocate or not), he is saying that the macro tech can file a case against you for breech of an agreement .
Therefore I just want here that if they are Fraud than please take action against them .

IPC SECTION SECTION-420 Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property.—Whoever cheats and thereby dishonestly induces the person de­ceived to deliver any property to any person, or to make, alter or destroy the whole or any part of a valuable security, or anything which is signed or sealed, and which is capable of being converted into a valuable security, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

IPC SECTION SECTION-406 Punishment for criminal breach of trust Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both. The above sections are implemented on you regarding you did not full-fill the terms and condition of your agreement.

Note:- If you are not closing this matter out of court settlement then after clearing this matter you have to attend in the court physically with your advocate.
