Inspite of several complain/Request my problem has not been solved by your deptt.
My request is only to know why my bill has been changed/ increased by your deptt from Rs.705/- to Rs. 778/-
In spite of your Old Customer No body care about my problem and You are advertising in TV with Zero Complain.
I May further request you to please look into the matter and inform me
