Sir, I’m receiving a threatening SMS from so-called Inspector Ajay from Ahmedabad city policy on behalf of ebooktyper by advocate name as Manoj.
The threat was you have to pay company dues due to incomplete work which I was unable to complete due to my family situation.
And if I failed to pay the money, they transferred the complaints to my local police station.
I’m asking you kindly to action about it.

I am also getting threatening messages and e mails from some inspector ajay of Ahmedabad on behalf of some advocate manoj both of whom are definitely frauds, to clear dues of rs8000/- otherwise they will take legal action. They sent some fake fir attachment also in which no where my name n address or any of my details were mentioned, rather some other person’s name is mentioned. This they are doing on the basis of some fake agreements which they sent earlier into my email I’d of which they never took my consent neither did I sign on any of those agreements because they made those fake agreements without my knowledge just to trap me. Here I saw the complaints against this ebooktyper company, they are doing the same thing to all innocent people to extort money from them on the basis of fake agreements, fake FIR etc and they also say that your case has been transferred to local police station. I have booked complain against these fake companies KVS ENTERPRISE AND EBOOKTYPER in the cyber crime department online. I would appeal to take some very strict actions against these people who are targeting the innocent people by trapping them for extorting money from them.
so they really take a legal action or lodged a fir against you??
