Dear sir/madam,

I have ordered one fossil gen 5E s smartwatch online in

I have received the product to Delhivery courier service today 24.12.2020.  I ordered smartwatch from ST trading and the offer was fossil gen 5e s smartwatch for Rs 1,699 but the delivered product is a normal single watch  hardly 200rs cost. Wrong product delivered. I’m trying to contact on address give for return but everything is false. This is pure cheating to a customer by such e commerce company’s.
