Sir I have recharge mobile No. 7523091985 by airtel mobile app on dated 18.10.2018 but recharge was not done and amount was deducted .In this regard I Talk to your customer care and he stated that in 7 to 10 working days payment will be transferred to your account but amount not received after that again I talk to your customer care and he straight forward saying that amount not received by airtel. In this regard I contact to our banker the banker says that amount transferred to A/c No 4898747162096 with RM No 120019272192 after that I again call your custom care executive and he replied that amount is transferred to your banker again I contact to bank & bank says amount transferred to direct customer account not to the bank & this is your merchanile problem .
