Sir ,I am writing this complaint for the Company name called Lear and Earn. I was looking for earning opportunity online, so they contacted me through whatsapp and asked me to submit identity proof and asked to sign a document to get work. After doing so, they started to send me youtube videos and some website links, which i didnt find interesting and didn’t avail their service. After some days they called me for course fees and they are asking to pay Rs. 7079 or else filling case against me in surat consumer court, Gujarat. They aslo told me that, I have to come to Surat as this will go in Surat Court. Then your legal expenses will be a follow:- Conveyance fees:- 40000 Legal advisor fees:- 60000 Our fees:- 5100 Surat stay:- 2000 This all can be resolved right now by paying our fees of ₹5100+18%. So contact to our executive and clear the fees before 1:30 pm. I told them that Sir I have not even started my work and don’t have money to pay. then he asking to Pay half amount 3000 to hold my legal process. Sir i have not started any work after registration with no idea. They are harassing to pay the amount. I didnt receive any warning call from them regarding this consequences. Please help me from this fraud group and give us a solution. Kindly do the needful . Also i checked the official website of Learn N earn, they are different from this one. They have a official address by the domain “.com”. This one is “.info”
