myself Abhay kumar pal, using paytm on my mobile number 8600096397 which was linked with City bank credit card for payment. Received call from paytm from mobile number 6289710778 on 25/3/2020 at around 5 pm for KYC updation. Some link was also shared from mobile number 9007372225. OTP so received by typed on my mobile paytm app by me only however some parellal apps was opened. Total around Rs 1.56 lacs was transferred in some other account. Amount ranging 50,000 was also taken away at one go without my consent by paytm. I immediately lodged complaint with Paytm ans cyber crime. Paytm complain no 160785938. FIR number 0779 dtd 17/8/2020 was also lodged in nearest PS.
