Sir,
I had made an e-recharge of ₹35/- with talk time of ₹26 on 23/11/2018. With zero usage in between 23/11 to27/11 on my pre-paid mobile no.7588251973, the balance amount checked on 27/11 stands ₹1/-. Please clarify this!
