I enrolled my son in SIP Global Art 2 months back. The first encounter was amazing. Both the women – Usha and Sonika spoke really well and convinced us that it will be great to enroll our kid to their art program. However, even after 2 months they don’t know my kids name. My son told me that mam didn’t pay attention to him even after calling for them multiple times. I communicated the same to Sonika and Usha in the very next class. They have a very bad teacher student ratio. The number of kids per batch is much more than their handling capacity. Coming to the incidence which led me to pull out my son from this place. My son asked me to accompany him for his class one day. He was not at all comfortable going to global art. Let me tell you he goes to 3 other classes and never complained about any of them. So, I went with him. The moment he entered the class mam asked him what is his name for the nth time. He answered and then mam literally mocked him in such a rude way and said – Oh this is the one who said mam doesn’t listen. The other mam added saying yeah kids make up stories these days. I was shocked at their behaviour. Instead of talking to a 7 yr old in a manner of acceptance they made fun of his complains. Also, once he was finished with his task he kept calling mam 4-5 times and he could not be more right.. the teachers paid no heed to his calls. And I had to believe him after what I heard and saw. This place is over crowded and run by two horrible women who don’t know how to talk and behave, let aLoan teaching kids art. While travelling with him to the class that day, I thought that towards the end of the class I would be telling my son that why he needs mumma to accompany him for global art. Teachers are so nice. But my experience made me decide to discontinue this class. So I asked for a refund and as expected they denied. They charge heavily i.e 2500/month for 4 classes of 2 hrs each. But the result is not good at all. Please be aware of them. They are nothing less than frauds.
