This is regarding the complaint (Reference number- 101525886 complaint made via email on 27thOctober 2018)for airtel broadband /fixed line non-functioning since morning 27/10/2018. Even on repeated complaint no response. Again last email sent at these email id-nodal.punjab@in.airtel.com,121@airtel.comon 30/10/2018. With response to this last email one of your customer executive finally bothered to call me back on 31/10/2018 (received call from number- 967699424) to assure that someone will visit my place today to rectify/resolve the issue of non-functioning Broadband and fixed line but finally none of engineer or service provider turned back either physically or telephonically till now.
Why should customer suffer even after paying your bill on time every month. Really you people don’t bother to your customer.This is pathetic and disgusting service from Airtel. Instead of advertising yourself if you people focus on your services you will never loose your customer. Really pathetic experience with Airtel Customer Care, Service request response and even your higher authority (Nodal officer) of Punjab division are pathetic in response to any complaint.
If one has to make this much effort to get his complaint resolved then why should we use your pathetic services and why not one should quit Airtel and switch to any other broadband service provider.
I am very thank full to Airtel for their pathetic customer services. Kindly discontinue my Broadband and fixed line services which is I have been using since last more than 4 years.
