Text of Complaint by Mahesh Bajirao Gaikwad:

Since Lock down , I have shift to my native place along with my family. After that without meter reading BEST has charge over Rs1000/- electricity bill. without using the any singal blub.

I accept i have not paid the bill since last 3month , because of financial condition, But it not means that i will not pay that amount . But how can they charge bill blindly without checking the meter.

Please help me: We dont have physical copy of bill, Not given by BEST.

My meter is on the name of my father. Mr Bajirao Hanumant Gaikwad.

my Prevois bill no is. 347164820061818. location is Mumbai-400009. Umarkhadi .
