Since Last 26 days Coinswitch is not refunding Rs 15000 which were deposited in their partners bank through non registered Axis bank

Text of Complaint by Gyan Prakash Singh:

I have opens this account in may 2021 in coinswitch kuber but
1.) First I transferred ₹15000/- from my wife PNB account on 5th Nov.
2.) This 15000 has been refunded because it was not my account on 9th Nov 2021.
3.) Again on the same day I transferred Rs 15000 from my Axis account on 9th Nov 2021 for trading but it did not reflect in my coinswitch account two days then I asked on this chat. They told that you have not transferred the money from registered account then I request to get back my money in the same bank through which i have transferred Rs 15000. Then theu told to raise a ticket that is complain and I did so but money did not refund.
Since then this conversation is continuing they asked for my account details several time every time they mailed us that your money will be refunded within 48 to 72 hours but since 11th of November to date they are lingering on till today. Daily new person assure that today EOD this will be transferred in your account which is as below:–
