It is not correct to write since i am existing customer of Airtel but as i am facing an issue with network provided by them. Since I purchased the sim the free data of 4G network was working well till 26th January that was the validity of free data. Once i recharged it with 499 plan for next 3 months in between so that my service will not get disconnected but from 27th January i never got 4G network for the same I tried to speak with customer care executive but they have not solved the issue and disconnected my call. As such a reputed brand this kind of service is not acceptable hence we are a paying a big amount of money for better services market is open with other options also since I was using Airtel from very long time I never faced such challenges.

The executive who attended my call was in hurry he didn’t even introduce him self and before i finish with my issue he said your call is disconnected due to some network issues where i can hear him properly and in between I also asked him the same the conversation was loud and clear.

Please look into matter as soon as possible
