Dear Sir,
within last 3 month i have given several complaint but still i am unble to get constant service from tata sky after this FONI cycloan attack at puri district.
my connection was connected after 2 and half month of regular followups, the given service disconnected after just 3 to 4 days . further technical team visited after 7 days of given complaint. they found the problem in given box , so box changed and in that box there was no power receiving to that box.
then after they given the box in which chanel was not coming , when ever we asked , they said that it will come after 1 hour. but it did not receiving signal since the installation.
When ever i asked the same technician about these 3 boxes . how he has installed without testing the box , when ever we asked how you miss communicate the people. without the proper service , if the power is not coming in a box and another is not receiving the signals his reply was that we are not making this box in our house.
is it the proper service or proper communication to your customer? why this poorer quality box and without testing is being given to your technician they just connect without proper service to our rquirement and if it is not functioning , there is mis-communication the customer.
kindly check it earliest or confirm we you people are unable to provide the service, with such poor quality box/ technician. so that we will go for alternatives.
i am completely fade up with your quality service.
