Since 3 days i am not able to use the internet. Trying to contact the airtel team the IVR is saying to write the complaint on airtel thanks app tried to that aldo but no use. I need an action on this as soon as possible

in the airtel thanks app they’re not responding. Last 2-3 days i am not able to use my internet. Changed the sim slot also that was also of no use. Tried every way possible. I need an action on this.
