We have taken a loan from Rhino finance in 2020 there is no response from them. I sent multiple emails and sent the CIBIL report showing as overdue. They are least bothered to reply. Due to their negligence since 2020 my cibil score is badly affected, They should update the status of the loan as closed instead it is showing as over due, loan id RHIF365788
