since 2019 my account is deactivated and showing -482.48rs but airtel is not ready to sharing trans details . customer care executive always saying system is being updated .Now they are demanding 710rs to update my account . I did spoke many time with customer care but not did not get any satisfied ans . So, i requested pl provide me all transition details and help me to activate my fastag asap.
if 150rs min balance is required to cross the toll plaza then how my balance is gone -482.48.
