Text of Complaint by Bhavan Patel:

It is so easy to earn profit for your company by taking customer’s money and not giving services in return. It’s been a almost 3 years and none of your employees are giving me a satisfactory answer or solution. Since ages I have been raising an issue and every time I have been transferred to different different departments to resolve the query.
Twice your technician visited my place in two year and also informed the respective team of a poor network and still I have not been provided a booster for a better network from airtel. Every time I have been asked for different different kinds of reports to be provided to the different different employees.
I am highly frustrated and your employees are just fooling and playing with my time and my problems.  It’s been ages for network issue not to be resolved so I choose to opt for portability so i deconcilated from a family plan, However, my primary number was been kept on 999 plan and other two numbers were kept on 399 plans so i was been charged for 1800 + wherein I was suppose to be charged 1200+ for all three numbers. Now because of your employee mistake I was charged extra so the Store manager adjusted my previous bill. So my bill was remaining for 16rupees but this time i got the bill stating 1690 rupees which includes previous month outstanding 498 rupees which was adjusted by your employee.
Now again I am facing the two problems one the network and other one the billing issue.
I am writing this to you because I cannot be patient with your non services. All these harassments and time consume towards my daily life for unnecessary reasons. I will be legally hiring an attorney to sue this company. I have also reported the number of times to TRAI but it seems there is no use. So there is no option left for my problems and for my compensations.
However, I am still taking a chance forwarding these issues to respective email addresses so I may get hope of resolving this issue.
I do not reside in India and I use 4 numbers in total and 2 numbers used by my mother and father so I can reach them. However, due to pandemic I got stuck here and I did not get any solution. However, I am attaching all the necessary screenshots of the first escalation in 2018 and till date your employees are just giving me fake promises but no solution.
I feel the empire that you have built has been disrupted by such employees in your firm.
So in each screenshot you will find the first and last email of escalation to your airtel team and another screen shot of the network team asked me for.
I feel this email is going to be a waste of time and efforts to reach you MR. BHARTI MITTAL.
