I joined PG program in datascience with Purdue University. The total amount was Rs 180000 which I need to pay with emis in 12 months.My loan got approved and I got access to the dashboard.There were some recorded videos for prerequisites of the course.I started watching before I started with the live sessions.It was promised that this course even a non technical person can also take and get a job.So really wanted to join with this statement.But when the live sessions started the faculty just covered basics of python programming language and EDA but which was not sufficient to complete the course end project which was assigned in order to get the purdue certificate. I raises lots of queries in the live sessions but due to lack of time the faculty did the part of the project and left the remaining project as it is. So this way the content of the course was not completed.I mentioned all this in the feedback as well but there was no response from the company.I called the greviance team to inform the same after many requests they agreed to cancel my loan but told me it will take 45 business days to cancel the loan.Over the call they mentioned 10 businessdays but via mail they sent 45 business days.I kept raising the concerns to the greivance team but they said they can not assure any refun till 45 business days.Meanwhile my 2 emis of 15000 Rs will get deducted. This will cost me 45000Rs even after discrepancy the companys services.I need to file a case against this injustice with me.
