Text of Complaint by Simply pay later:

I was trying to book the Hotel at Rameshwaram on 08/10/2022 through My Travaly Merchant…but as the Transaction failed at 7.31AM i was not able to book the room at Park plaza at Rameshwaram transaction ID is-1302909571 but this transaction due bill is showing 439.52 with late fee118
and after this I have booked the Room for Same park plaza through same My Travaly at 7.46 am the transaction id is1302925529…but unfortunately i received a mail that booking has not been confirmed due to some errors, and they refunded the amount 439.52 to simply pay later
but i dont know why they are showing due bill of 544.92 for failed transaction
even i checked transaction details in My travaly app also, there it is showing only one transaction details done ie., already simply pay received refund
kindly help me and resolve the problem at the earliest
