suddenly early 1 Jan 2023 morning I got a phone call and email message from simpl 900rs charge via Zomato and 1500rs to boat . I live in Indore Madhya pradesh and this zomato order placed in New delhi Ncr as they told me on phone call. How is possible? without any OTP both transactions got approve. Its is full openly scam. I already complain on Simpl customer care but yet i don’t received a relevant solution just they provided me order IDs what i will be doing with order IDs when they are not mine . please help me and do a legal action on Simpl, Zomato and boat. .
