I am charged in simpl pay later app that i need to pay for making purchase in Zomato on Dec 10th which i didn’t even place.I keep getting messages like if i don’t pay within due date then interest will be charged.I raised a query but there is no proper response and gave lame reasons like “Your number is not reachable “,even when i provide them a correct contact number.It’s a fraudulent app. People must be aware of it and shouldn’t use it.Kindly help in getting rid of such scams

As discussed, over the phone we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and we have waived off the amount of ₹449.05/- for the fraud transaction which took place on the Zomato via your Simpl account and also we have waived off the late fee charge of ₹25/- which was added to your account due to delayed payment of due bill amount. The same have been escalated to Zomato team.
