I received a call from Simpl pay later 2 month ago and on IVR i was told that someone is trying to change my simpl pay account number and if i have not requested to press 1#. then the IVR told me to enter the 4 digit code which was sent to me. i did that and multiple transactions with broadband bill of Rs. 590 and two transaction of were done.
i tried complaing to simpl but I didn’t complain because I don’t know how to complain simpl. I’m attaching screenshot simpl haresment sms.
