On September 8th 2023 I got known that my simpl account had been over utilized as all the amount in account was used. When checked I had raised all fraud transactions complaint and asked to freeze it. But when further checked my profile was being registered with some other email id I did take note of it and changed and noticed the customer care but after some time it was again changed and again changed so I deleted the app and when contacted by customer support then I asked about my email id it was again different so it confirm that there APP SIMPLPAY been compromised and have emailed them with details to validated and verify the fraud but have till date not received any proper updated. Everyday I do get call as I cannot call them, have requested to validate make sure they are getting it sorted now asking for payment
