On 25 feb 2023 i got message from simpl for amount deducted and i have not done any transaction. 9098 rs deducted. I have not shared any otp to anyone Simpl and Reliance Digital last modified: February 25 2023 by Consumer Court

I would suggest you immediately lodge a e-FIR on Govt Cubercrime Portal with details of all fradulent transactions. Post copy of the FIR on Twitter page of Simple @getSimpl and also to email to the customer care of Reliance Digital, requesting to share address and regd mobile number of the Consumer, to assist the police in investigating the fraud.
Hundred of people have been affected by this fraud. I also received similar IVR based calls last week claiming that we have received request for your Simpl account modification/ your account logged on from another device with request to validate OTP recived from Simpl in the IVR
