I received 4 back to back calls yesterday around 11:46 pm from this number – +1 (205) 350-8770 saying that I requested to link my simpl account to Blinkit App and it was an automated IVR call from Simpl.
The call said that “you requested Simpl later pay to link to BlinkIT app, if you did not put this request please press 1 and share the 4 digit otp, when I pressed 1, I got the 4 digit otp”. The IVR kept saying please enter the OTP. Later I started getting numerous of OTPs from different apps to access my account. Ex: RummyC , KreditBee , Nykaa , Muthoot, Shadowfax , Bajaj Finance, BYJUS , Snapmint, Zingbus , Smytten, MediBuddy.
Hence complaint this incident.
