Text of Complaint by Bhagyasree:

I had ordered one pair of crocs from crocs official website and paid via simpl and on due date i had paid to simpl .but order got cancelled as crocs is saying they didn’t receive any payment against it so they can’t do anything . When i mailed them they’re saying that only merchant can solve this issue. From june they are not solving my matter. So I decided to order something else and not to pay because they’re not returning my money. Now simpl is torturing me every single day and asking me money. And if i ask about my crocs refund they say only merchant can solve this. Now they’re sending me threatening messages every single day saying report will soon be filed and relevant device details, address will be reported as well. Every single day at least 5-6 times they’re sending me messages and calling me. And if i ask about my money they don’t give any answer. I’m so frustrated right now. I hope consumer court will help me in this matter
