Yesterday 12th December around 9 pm got the call from the number and call start with IVR option asking to the block the account number change request select the OPTION and to verify instructed to enter the verification sent on the mobile number once I done that my account got compromised and 18030 rs transaction made to the BSES Yamuna Power Limited which was not done by me I didn’t received any mail of that transaction and now I’m seeing the transaction on my bill
