I received a call from simpl asking for otp to cancel the changing of phone number on simpl. i never requested for a number change and I gave the otp.
That evening two transactions took place on my simple account for an amount of Rs. 4250 + rs 4649
Now on reporting the same to simpl they are unable to provide a resolution and state that a known person would have transacted through my account. i mailed them all the proof but got no response.
