When I open simpl app, it gets blank and not opening. I reinstalled it and typed my mother phone number for a new account then it is working, while it is not working when I do sign in with my account and mobile no, I want to do payment of 1549.65rs for the order I did on 23april 2023.order id 474515-s3120627
