I had placed the food in Zomata and applied simpl and that order as been Rejected.
And later on same day i again ordered and paid money using UPI.
Now for that Rejected order this simpl app is asking us to pay the money and sending demand notice.
Hope you take necessary action on them .
They are grabbing the money for which we never used.
I had never used that app.
Why are they cheating us.
Only because of Zomato we came to know about this Simpl.
When compained to Zomato they are washing their hands off.
Hope you take necessary action them both
