Hi team
For about a month I am getting notifications for simpl unpaid bill. I ignore previously. But today I got a text that investigation initiated. Then I got to know that my simpl account is being used by some one for around 11000/- and there is a late fees also charged. I got a call from simpl team around in January 2023 and after that there were debits made. Simpl automatically deducts money without asking OTP even.
