Dear Sir,
My airtel sim got defective, hence it is not able to sync. Network.
I called airtel executive Ms Priya ingle and afsana saikh for resilution…but they told me to meet on airtel customer care and applying for new sim. I told them my situation…that i am not able to go on airtel service center…can airtel help me to post or handover my new sim to my colleuge?…but they denay for the same. I can understand the policy…but in this corona pandemic situation many people will be there, who can not reach out at service center, what will happen to their services….?
I asked both customer executive to help me out for getting UPC code for potability…but they denay in that too…
So kindly suggest me…what should i do , in this situation…to save my sim?
After three months…this number will be allocated to some one else…and i will lose my important number….
Atleast kindly give me asurity that my number will not given to anybody….
I hope…some one will reply or resolve my problem…
