airtel number which I was using for past 3 years as a postpaid customer, till November 3rd I not get any issue with my number(other than internet problem which every one face nowadays).

 

here my problem is like my SIM card was not working in smartphones, if I insert my sim in smartphones am not getting network coverage(no service) but it was working in basic mobiles however I am not receiving or unable to send sms because of that I can’t use any banking transactions.

 

bacause of that problem I have visited Airtel store and explained the problem, they have requested me to swap the sim. 4th November 2018 I have swapped the sim and they have promised that it will activate in 4hrs, but asusal Airtel have failed with promised word.

again 20th November same thing happened(Same story which have happened on 4th November) this time also my problem haven’t resolved. It is almost 20days I was facing with the SIM card issue.

after I have reached out customer care(which is irresponsible care) only answer which they have is “we will raise this problem to technical team they will call you in 24hrs” which I have hearing daily till date.

atlast again I have done sim swap on 1st December as per the guide line provided by customer care supervisor, but problem is not solved yet.

beacuse of this problem I unable to use the Internet sevice, any banking transactions, not receiving OTPs which is important for bill payments.
