I lost my phone and sim in delhi on 12th aug 2022 on 13th aug 2022 i was in dubai asper airtel store for my sim swap to my father i authentication form was asked to be submitted from haldwani store . At that time on 15th august i submitted all of it with valid evisa for employee in dubai . Airtel could have verified untill it was valid i.e 8/1/2023 . However they didnt do the verification on time and now that my temporary visa is expired they are mailing me it couldnt be verified .my concern remains why the verification was not done when the visa was valid it was delayed from airtel not from my part . How am i to suffer for their irresponaibility . Obviously it will get expired if you perform the task after so many days . Please take some action and get this resolved if the person in dubai was so easily able to visit india he would have come why to take so much of tension my family is ready to do all kind of verification but airtel thinka its a joke .
