I purchased my sim last year & in that sim I always get unknown calls from the relatives of previous owner. Last month automatically I see there is no network. Today I went on Airtel customer service and found its not in my name. I done my KYC than how is it possible? I link that number with Banks. Even I paid the latest plan for 3 months. From where I get the money? From where I get my number back. I always use Airtel sim but due to this incident i have trust issue. I want “AIRTEL” kindly look in this manner too.
