hello,
Since 15 days i have visited the airtel shop 4 times for sim swapping. first three times i understood that it may be a shortage but when when i visited at fourth time, even if sim card was there he was neglecting to give me that, lying on my face. then after asking number of times, he gave me the card. ok, i took the card and then i messaged on 121 for sim swap. but unfortunately servers were not responding. and after asking ‘ what is the solution ? ‘ no answers were given !
i have decided to port my sim to another data carrier. Why i have invested so much time to write this complaint is that due to this shit, i faced lot of glitches in my work.
thanks for providing good telecommunication services, but your customer service is really poor i must say.
