I am Airtel subscriber
With the mobile number :9820097189
I lost my so I contacted the Kalyan Main Airtel gallery to get SIM swap on Sunday (30/09/18)
Was advised the SIM will be activated in 4 hours but it failed
I contacted the store again spoke to the store manager (Rohit)
He advised me to go to the Airtel store in Ulasnagar at 17 section
Went to the Airtel store as advised
Was told you need to by a new SIM
Payed 25 rupees took a new SIMthen was told we will need to wait as the old request was stuck and it will go through
for us in the 24 hrs
Waited for next 24 still the same
2 Oct the airlet store where closed
I had a business call which I lost because of it
Went back to the Airtel store at Kalyan on the 3 oct was given a new SIM again
Advice to wait again
Waited for the next 24hrs
Sill the same went to the store again and today Rohit the manager at the kalyan store tell me there is a software issues at the back end and there are more then
8900 SIM swap that’s been stuck
After wasting 6
days of mine
And is not sure when will things fall in place
This is not only impacted my personal life but also my business
And Airtel expect me to pay the bill for this month
Would like to know how fair is that?
As I have lost already a business of around 180000 would like to know how is going to pay for lose and how can I get my services activated
