Dear sir,
I’m a consumer of Airtel India since last 10 years.
That shows I’m a loyal to the company, even at that time when jio network was free.
My number is on my fathers name ( Rahmani ).
This number is stop working some how.
After that I will try to get it back from the Airtel store and that also not worked for me.
Right now I visit a airtel customer service centre (thane west). They even try thrice but still sim number is not worked, thay said to me that process is pending from warehouse (due to roaming, vanity and VIP number).
Now, I have an information that number is VIP so, number will sale in open market upto 1 lakh 50 thousand.

where I visit for my problem, they told me that Bihar circle spoc is not accepting request for sim swap.
Please allow this number to swap in a sim at mumbai circle.
Now I’m in Mumbai, I have urgently need of this number.
I request you to please resolve this issue.
I’m facing lot of problems due to number is off now.
Your intervention will highly appreciable.
